I chose to enroll in Graphic Arts, because about 4 years ago while I was a key bartender at the establishment where I am currently employed as a bar and restaurant manager, I was assigned to take over posting on social media for our location. I was also often tasked with creating amateur graphics for Facebook events, and found that I was really interested in learning how to create graphics as my career. I have always been interested in writing and page layout as well, as I originally started my secondary education as a Journalism major. I was the editor of my yearbook in high school, and also recently rediscovered my love for page layout while learning Adobe InDesign.
